Defensor Fortis Going Away gift for that special military member. | This Plaque is Custom Made out of Premium Pine. The edge of the plaque is hand cut with a band saw and then it is Routed to be round. All plaque engraving is done through a laser etching machine. This Plaque is sanded multiple times with increasing fine sandpaper to give a really smooth texture. After Sanding is complete the plaque is sprayed with High Gloss Polyurethane. There are at least three coats applied with sanding in between each coat. This give the plaque a mirror like finish that will last a long time. On the back of the plaque we cut a keyhole slot so it can be hung on a wall in an office or at home. For shipping the plaque is cover in a piece of packing foam and then placed into a bubble impact resistance polyurethane shipping bag. Due to the variances in wood grain not all plaque will look the same. Each plaque that is made is a one of a kind item and no two plaques are the same.
